During this photo shoot outing, we will take you to our best spots in Eguisheim to allow you to save precious time and get to the point.

Eguisheim is renowned for its magic during the Christmas period, from the end of November to the beginning of January. Night photography is one of the favorite specialties of Jean-Paul Krebs, the organizer of this photo outing in Riquewihr.

A photo workshop open to all.

For the greatest satisfaction and the freedom of the photographer to evolve, our photo day in Eguisheim takes place during the week, a more favorable period to photograph quietly. We operate in a very small group of up to 8 people (including Jean-Paul and Pierre).

Whether you are a beginner with the desire to make your first images or a more experienced photographer, this photo outing in Eguisheim will be a great experience. However, it is impossible for us to be the equivalent of the user manual of your camera. You still need to know the basic settings of your hardware. But Jean-Paul and Pierre will be with you on the ground to give you all their good advice.

On the occasion of this photo outing to the kingdom of Christmas magic, several complementary photo themes will be addressed. Composition and framing, street and architectural photo, low light photo, bad weather photo will be on the agenda. So many notions that are very useful, regardless of the subjects photographed.

Necessary equipment

All types of cameras are suitable provided you know the basic handling. The guide will not be able to serve as a user manual for your camera. It is up to each participant to know how to implement the basic settings on his equipment but Jean-Paul will be with you in the field to give you his good advice.
Focal lengths ranging from wide angle to small telephoto lens. Ideally, a wide-angle lens + zoom to capture details. If you have any doubt about your equipment, contact us.
Additional batteries.
Tripod
Warm clothing (and water resistant in case of rain).
Backpack for your equipment.
