Along the 170 kilometers of the Alsace wine route, nearly 4,000 winegrowers cultivate their vines lined up around picturesque and flowery villages. Three-quarters of them then deliver their grapes to cooperatives or traders. A little over 900 Alsatian winegrowers produce a multitude of different wines and bottle them themselves.
Discover the vineyard during a wine tour in Alsace. From the north to the south of the region, the terroirs are numerous and very different. The combination of grape varieties and terroirs personalized by the “paw” of the winemaker gives a multitude of wines which have risen to the rank of the greatest wines in the world. But it can be difficult to navigate for a visitor from afar. We will take you to meet some of the best winemakers in the region and taste exceptional wines.
The list below is non-exhaustive. Do you want to discover a particular area? We are in contact with famous estates like Hugel in Riquewihr, Trimbach in Ribeauvillé, Marcel Deiss in Bergheim, Zusslin in Orschwihr, let us know your wishes in the contact form at the bottom of the page.
During a wine tasting, we will go to the winemaker’s tasting cellar and let ourselves be guided by our host who will make us taste wonderful wines. All this, speaking of the Alsace vineyards of course ?

It is in Soultz, a small town located at the southern gates of the Alsace vineyards, that the Roth family cultivates vines on the sandstone and limestone terroirs of the hills resting at the foot of the Grand Ballon D’Alsace. Today it’s Victor and Charlotte ROTH who make the heart of Domaine Robert ROTH beat. Passionate about the diversity of the terroirs of this little-known part of Alsace, it is by combining high standards, rigor and sensitivity that the family produces Great Wines, identifiable by their size, their precision and their longevity, without forgetting their great capacity to accompany gastronomy.
