Privatize the vehicle : whether you are alone, as a couple or in a small group (6 people max.), you can choose a private visit ! You can do this day-out, depending on availability, on the day of your choice. During the privatization of the vehicle, we can pick you up at the place you want in the morning and redeploy you there in the evening.

- Then direction to one of the most beautiful village in France, Riquewihr where we will visit the city
- Wine Tasting in Riquewihr

It’s not easy to visit the most beautiful villages around Colmar. That’s why we created especially for you a full day trip to visit the 3 villages of Eguisheim, Kaysersberg and Riquewihr.
Each city worth the visit. During this day tour you will discover the famous charm of Alsatian Villages. We will visit the three famous villages, but during the day we will cross several other typical and very pretty villages.
Ranked among the “Most Beautiful Villages of France”, Eguisheim seduces for its authenticity and the richness of its heritage.
Eguisheim, a part of this Day-Tour
On arrival, we will stop for a coffee and a croissant in a pretty restaurant at the entrance to Eguisheim.
Eguisheim, a medieval and wine-growing village, is located barely 5 km south-west of Colmar, in an ocean of vineyards at the foot of a mountain dominated by three dungeons. Eguisheim has preserved a very beautiful architectural ensemble which dates back to the Middle Ages. A nice walk is to go around the small street that runs along the old ramparts.
If you want, we will guide you through its streets.
After the discovery of Eguisheim we will taste 4 wines chosen especially for you with our winegrower friend in Eguisheim.
On the road between Eguisheim and Kaysersberg, we will stop at a lovely Alsatian restaurant where you can have lunch for around 20/25 EUR for a good meal and a drink (not included in the price so you can eat whatever you want).
Visit Kaysersberg
After the lunch, we will drive some minutes to Kaysersberg. The medieval town of Kaysersberg, protected by the shadow of the ruins of its castle, invites you to an enchanting ride in the heart of a picturesque and authentic 17th century city … A wonderful moment guaranteed for young and old!
To finish the day, Riquewihr is one of the most beautiful villages in France.
The village of Riquewihr is one of the highlights in Alsace in any season. First of all, you will discover the historical and picturesque streets of Riquewihr. The fame of the village of Riquewihr is mainly due to its vineyards which – since the end of the Middle Age – are producing some of the best and most famous white wines in the world… The main street (rue du Général-de-Gaulle) crosses the village and will offer you a festival of gorgeous medieval houses. No, this is not a Walt Disney movie scenery! It is just reality! Even if the lovers of “Beauty and the Beast” will recognize the sets that inspired the cartoon.
Last step before coming back home, we will go to visit a world famous winemaker in Riquewihr where you will taste 2 Sparling Wines and 4 Grand-Cru wines.

He is an incredible guide and an absolute joy to spend a day with in his beloved Alsace. He took us to three beautiful villages to see Christmas markets, and threw in a couple of extra bonuses, including a delicious lunch at a great restaurant in a little spot above Colmar and a quick visit to his charming hometown, which has a very interesting twist on the history of Christmas. Our day with Pierre was a true highlight of our visit to the area. Would certainly do another tour with Pierre next time we're in Alsace. Thank you for creating a magical memory!

His knowledge of the area and its history was impressive. He recommended the best markets and restaurants to visit, and he was flexible if we wanted to make a change or two. Leaving is bittersweet, but we will return to lovely Riquewihr and for sure will contact our new friend, Pierre. The experience was a PERFECT 10!

My Grandpa was in WWII so he also showed us some sights in Alsace regarding the war that were interesting. I’m so happy to have seen things we never would have known about without Pierre. At Frankfurt airport we opted for Pierre Papuga’s 7 seater minivan airport transfer instead of Lufthansa’s coach service or the TGV. We were warmly greeted by Pierre whom we found to be extremely friendly, patient and passionate in ensuring that our 3 day stay in Strasbourg would be an enjoyable experience! Under his care n guidance, we visited Heidelberg enroute Strasbourg and the numerous neighbouring villagers during our stay. We were deeply impressed by his knowledge of the Alsace region, it’s historical development and all the fascinating sights at the villages we visited. For those with interests in wine and vineyards visits, we think Pierre will be an ideal guide due to his knowledge and passion for the wines in the region. We visited to amazing villages in the Alsace region (Equisheim & Riquewhir) We got to experience a local cheese shop for lunch in Guebwiller. We finished our tour at Domaines Schlumberger. The wine was incredible and so was the company! We wish we could take Pierre everywhere with us. He was so insightful, knowledgeable, and friendly! He answered all of our questions and we left with so much more knowledge!! We left with a new friend. Thank you Pierre.
