Photo workshop are very popular among serious fans of beautiful images. Good news! we have some great stays dedicated to photography.
Our first series of stays will be devoted to the magic of Christmas. Our photo trips are combining photography and discovery of magical places, in the cradle of Christmas markets, on both sides of the Rhine, in Alsace and in nearby Germany.
Above all, the places visited and photographed are among the most beautiful villages / towns in France and Germany.
For the photographer’s greater satisfaction and freedom to evolve, these discovery trips will take place during the week, far from the large crowds on weekends.

The Christmas Market in Riquewihr. A wonderful atmosphere to take beautiful pictures.

During this photo shoot outing, we will take you to our best spots to allow you to save precious time and get to the point. For the greatest satisfaction and the freedom of the photographer to evolve, the photo tours takes place during the week, a more favorable period to photograph quietly. We operate in a very small group of up to 8 people (including Jean-Paul and Pierre).

Accommodation

For your accommodation for our photo workshop we suggest you to stay in Riquewihr. Why not rent a beautiful guesthouse in the historic village, in a 4 or 5 star apartment.

Briefings / Editing / Photo post-processing

They will take place every morning in an old wine cellar transformed into a seminar room and equipped with a large flat screen. Just bring your laptop with an image processing software (Lightroom in example).

Your guide – Jean-Paul Krebs

He used to be a photo-journalist and is still a storyteller. For many years he created history presentations for middle and high schools. All year round, he travels through Alsace and the Rhine valley to gather images of landscapes and everyday life. He knows the great region (on both sides of the Rhine) like the back of his hand and will take you to his favorite spots without forgetting to taste traditional delicacies and the riches of the region. He knows a lot of stories and legends and will gladly share them with you. French, German and English spoken fluently.

Your driver but also another guide – Pierre Papuga

A professional graduate in public transport, he drives our small groups from one destination to another in a comfortable minibus equipped for journeys in all seasons, including winter. In this type of day trip it is essential to be in the hands of a driver who considers the comfort and safety of his passengers as the most important criterion. Pierre also knows the region very well.
